We ship all Alchemy items next working day, Spiral products are shipped direct from the manufacturer, Spiral Clothing.  If you order a mix of Alchemy and Spiral products then the shipping cost will be a combination of both, and your order will arrive in at least two deliveries.

Shipping to UK

All UK Alchemy orders are sent by us via Royal Mail on their Tracked service, you can choose Tracked 48 or Tracked 24. Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the Alchemy products in your order.

All UK Spiral orders are sent direct from Spiral Clothing, The shipping cost is a flat rate., Shipping cost/times will be as follows,
Delivery Estimated 2 to 4 days.
£3.99 under £60 of Spiral products.
Free delivery over £60 of Spiral products.

Shipping to EU

All EU Alchemy orders are sent VAT/Duty Paid, so there will not be any customs charges payable when you receive your order. We send them from the UK with DHL/ Deutsche Post, they are then delivered by a tracked service by your local postal service. Shipping is calculated based on weight of Alchemy products.

EU Spiral products are sent VAT not paid, so you will be charged import duty by customs to receive your order. The shipping cost is a flat rate.

Shipping to the Rest of the World

All Alchemy orders sent to countries not part of the EU/UK/US are sent VAT/Duty not Paid, so there may be customs charges payable before you receive your order. We send them from the UK with DHL/ Deutsche Post, they are then delivered by a tracked service by your local postal service.
