Beautiful necklace but one if the chains was not attached upon arrival despite it being fully packaged up. The closure point was out of shape which explains how it came lose. A bit annoying as it was either return and replace which was inconvenient as I wanted to wear it that weekend, or fix it. Decided to fix it as seemed like a small issue, thankfully all is ok now. Just a bit disappointed that quality checks didnt pick up on this issue before goods were sent put to me to start with, but it still worked out cheaper than alternative sellers overall.
