Hi, I purchased this lovely bracelet for a friend but was sadly to large, ive sent it back over 1 week ago at a cost of £5 postage but still no refund, called several times now but now the phone not being answered..hmmm🤔😡

Lovely bracelet, the fastening is a great , there's a magnet under middle flower and it's easy to get the bracelet on and off
