I contacted them about shipping problems. My package was forwarded to a completely different city and when I told them this the representative told me that it wasn't on their end, the post office said otherwise. Then I'm told by the same rep. That the tracking number I gave them isnt the one the gave me. I took it STRAIGHT from the email THEY sent me. So I sent a screen shot of it then the rep. Messages back saying sorry for the confusion and I'll get my package whenever it arrives. I ended up having to call the post office and talk to them for an hour and a half to get the package sent to my address. The customer service on this was definitely not great. The item however did arrive (no thanks to them) and is very nice and the packaging was good. But the customer service definitely needs improvement. I shouldnt have to fight to get my item and spend an hour and a half on the phone with the post office when I provided the correct address. Then to call me a liar when I give the tracking they provided me and I have to screen shot my email to prove it well that was completely unprofessional.
